alright, 470 more for the team. my focus now is to do my 470 with excellent form for EVERY pushup, no more sloppy ones. that said, it feels like a truck ran over my boobs...

Ugh, I feel like a failure for abandoning my own thread right in its most important moments.
I like this idea of just making new goals as we reach the new heights. This should just be the TFP Push-Up-ometer thread. Time for me to get back on the horse. 82,005 + 40 = 82,045 P.S. Thanks to Kewpie Dan for thinking of me when the deadline was around the corner.
