i had a ridiculous amount of meat at korean barbecue (for the toronto tfp'ers i really like the scarborough location of the korean grill house) so i had the energy to hammer throw a mac truck.

+435 today. My triceps are mush. I can't even flex the fuckers. I can't wait to wake up to a sore chest also...
67 793 + 435 = 68 228 I hate to alarm anyone, but we have 6 days to complete 6772 push ups.

keep going or start another?
i think if i kept making posts we wouldve been a lot closer truth be told i had a private self-challenge going and ive done a couple thousand by now i have to say this whole "challenge" thing really gets me to actually exercise consistently +105 70900 best part is i started out barely able to do 20 at a time, now im doing 50 at a time (havent really pushed myself to do more though) and im getting closer and closer to being able to do ~35 diamond pushups at a time, soon itll be mostly diamonds! ^^ personal thanks to the guy who started this thread |

^ I think you mean girl
I think we should challenge ourselves to do roughly 20 000 - 25 000 push ups a month. Clearly, we destroyed 25 000 and 50 000 in march and april, but we got lazy in may. Or a better system would be for each member to do a certain number per week. Obviously, this would be a possible yet challenging number. This way it makes those part of the challenge feel obligated to regularly do their push ups instead of doing them once in a while.

I think we need to start another.
This isnt really a "challenge" now, it is simply like the word game or something where the posts and # of pushups will just continue to go up. I believe that we should start a new one, and make it 100,000. how long did we have for this challenge 3 months? so by sept. 100,000! 25! |

We will be hard pressed to make 100 000 considering we didn't make 75 000 the first time, but what the hell..
+200 300

Well, I think we should show our ability to complete a task even under adversity, so I vote for doing 75,000 before starting a new commitment. And when we do move on, we can make a new thread... (I think)
So, with that in mind: 71,750 25 75 200 30 (my meager addition) _______ 72,080 BTW, I figure it's Supple's thread, so she can vote my idea off the island if she wants. I just don't think we should derail this thread (which had over 550 posts on one commitment).
