got home from work late and felt lazy. so i just did 400 push ups over a longer period.

I didn't keep track last week, but I'll give a lowball estimate that is definitely below the true number.
20 x 7 = 140. Also, 50 for each of the past three days and for today = 200. 29,300 + 340 = 29,640

I feel bad for ignorign this thread. If y'all are gonna hit 75 000 in two months you're probably going to need as many bodies as you can manage.
To that end I just put in a quick 30 to round things off to 29 750. I'll add these to my training as of tomorrow.
