Even if you got your key back!
If there is a problem with the person who had it, You should change the locks. The person could of made copies. $15-25 bucks for a basic lock set..... securing your home.....priceless

if warrented, you could go to small claims to recover the rekeying costs. or, chalk it up to the expense of trusting someone you shouldn't have. depends on how much it runs you.
