Forgive me if this is posted in the wrong section ...

I'm looking for articles on open source gis software. Does anyone know of any journals that publish that kind of information. The Google search that I had conducted pulls up a lot of options, but they require a subscription. So if anyone can suggest a good/well known journal that I should subscribe to (if I can't get my University to order it) that would be helpful.
