I was reading my textbook/compulsory readings, and I kept on noticing sentences that cracked me up, I'm not sure if it's because they're actually funny, or if I'm just too tense for the exams. Anyway, I'm posting this here because, who knows, maybe you'll learn something.

The rule is quite simple, if you agree with the other bloke you say it is part of the ratio (the reason for the decision); if you don't, you say it is part of the orbiter (statements/observations about the law in a case) with the implication that he is a congenital idiot. - Law
