There are many, many websites out there that can help writing resumes.

It doesn't tell me how to write a CV. It just gives me tips on resume writing with job experience, which I do not have. I didn't see any examples. (this is on monster.com)

Resume and CV are relatively equal.

A CV is all encompassing since it's the "life story," and a resume is a bit more abbreviated.
