Who should host my comapny's database?
 

My little ol’ company needs a new home for our database and CRM software. The ideal host would provide a monitored server (probably shared), and offer competent PHP programming (because some day, we are going to modify that thing).

Our needs are small. We probably use 100 meg total. It is a text-based application with 12 employees logging on.

Any suggestions where I should look and/or who I should avoid?

Oh, and one more thing, this is the freaking heart and soul of our company. So it needs to be safe and stable. If it crashes, we crash.

verio is who we use (verio.com, if you haven't already guessed). I can't remember ever hearing our website was down, they have plans your size for $20 per month or so.
