Sneezing in your sleep

Does anyone know if this is possible? I have never heard anyone do it. If it's not possible, does anyone know why not?

I've heard that you can cough in your sleep but not sneeze, since coughing is an automatic thingy to clear your airways but sneezing is more a "concious" reaction to an irritation. It kind of makes sense since you can will yourself to not sneeze. Okay, so I can supress a cough most of the times too, but not when I've inhaled food!

I mean it would almost definitely wake you up, so if you could you would probably know it.

I can will myself not to cough much easier than I can will myself not to sneeze. If I need to sneeze I can't do anything about it but if I'm going to cough I can clear my throat to stop it.

I've done it. I sprained my back because I wasn't braced against it like I would be when I'm awake.
