I use a cleaner called Spot Shot. It works great! it smells kinda like lighter fluid, but it cleans even the worst of stains. It is not water based, so i think theat the scotchguard wont affect it.

Call a coupel of pro. carpet cleaners.. Ther steam equpmint works very well and will usely leave couch looking as good as new.
Ived woked with a carpet cleaner for a wile and know firsthand. Plus if you get your carpet cleaned they'll usely geve you a discount for the sofa and chear..

my wife recomended awesome.
its a spray that turned our white ( i mean used to be white child abused couches ) back into semi white.... at least not dirty and grimy. it took blood out no prob....
