How do you find em for free?

Not a stalker or a spammer.

i have paid for some leads and need to find out what their phone numbers are so i can try to get my info to these folks.

I'm sorry as a person who PAYS to have his number unlisted, well I don't want it listed.

No disrespect to you, but respect to my wishes for being unlisted. Maybe you can find a lead maker and tell them that your criteria is that it is NECESSARY for them to have a phone number?

try a reverse directory...lists addresses with corresponding telephone numbers...

I pay to have to have my number unlisted.
most people who do this, will not care what the reason is for a call
If they do not give you their number you're call is not wanted
If you want to get ahold of sombody with an unlisted phone......
send it in the mail!

If I could save you between 100 and 500 dollars per month, or more without it costing you a penny you could continue to pay for your number to be unlisted and buy some therapy for your antisocial behavior too.

I could make some money to feed my family.

Wow, everybody wins. Just imagine, more money for you to spend every month.

Although I am kinda going against the grain here, you can use a site such as www.reversephonedirectory.com if you already have the number.

Have you ever heard of advertising? Also, I don't believe anyone here is being antisocial. Most people value their privacy and for those that pay for that right, it would be nice of you to respect their wishes.

The antisocial behavior I was referring to is already having actually paid money for an unlisted number in the first place....., just get over your self important selves!


I certainly am not a pest or wanting to be one. Just want to show a money saving offer to an already affluent group of people who know smart money decisions.

They just have to hear it, because it really sounds too good to be true.

I don't believe people pay for unlisted numbers because it serves their sense of self-importance, I think they pay for them so that their precious family time is not interupted by cold callers who can be very persistant and irritating. Affluent people are constantly being approached for solicitations. To be quite honest with you, I believe if you obtain their unlisted number at home and call them there with a sales pitch, you'll probably piss them off more than interest them no matter how good your offer is.
All business numbers are listed. Why not approach them through their business? Even the most obstructive secretary can deliver a short message.

Gonadman is spot on with his comments. Also, labeling people anti-social and pompous for exercising a right is a bit unfair I think. If you have a good idea and product, you will succeed without the need for cold calls. I suppose perseverance does have it's merits though. Good luck.

In keeping with the purpose of this forum...

You're most likely going to have to invest some money to get this information.

Here's what I would do.

1. contact the phone company for the area you're interested in
2. purchase an electronic version of the white/yellow pages
3. write a program that would cross reference every possible phone number and denote the unreferenced numbers.

The resulting list would consist of unlisted and dead numbers. This is a very simple thing to do, however, it will cost you. Also, if you write the program correctly, you could easily integrate it into an automated phone dialing system.

hmmm.. haven't you ever heard... "If it sounds too good to be true... it probably is."?

I like to hear about bargains... but I like to hear about them from my friends and collegues, and I'll tell them to my friends and collegues if I believe in the product/service...but I don't like being called at home. I don't like people knocking on my door asking me for ANYTHING. I don't like UNSOLICITED calls either on the phone or at the door.

No... because again.. if it sounds too good to be true.. it's not true... AND There is NO such thing as a free lunch!

If you truly believe in this "thing" then come out with it already. It's annoying that you're doing this in drips and drabs. Just get on with it already. Lay it all out on the table, no hidden this or that... just whip it out and let it all hang out.

I'm a smart person and can make up my mind about something without the marketing mumbo jumbo. I'm sure that most of the other people here who have replied to this thread are as well. Or maybe you need to dazzle with something because this is a scam of some sort.

I have 2 numbers. One I give out to friends the other to everyone else. If you really need to get a hold of me leave it on my answering machine and then I will decide to get back with you.

I have a unlisted number and the statement " I'f it sound too good to be true it probly is. (stand true most of the time.)
This is the only way to reach me and alot of others!
