OFF TOPIC : Need penis knowledge

Let me just say that I am 22, and I am uncircumcized. Recently my gf made a comment that she's never seen a penis covered fully with skin like mine. Even when it's erect, it's fully covered with skin. Is that okay? Was I supposed to have pull it back at some point in my youth?

PS. THe comment really bothered me, so any knowledge would be greatly appriciated.

Yup, you're normal...

I've had a few friends that have had their 'peni' circumcized in their late teens/early twenties. This was for both aesthetic/hygene reasons. Don't let it bother you, you're just uncut.

No probs man, most people in my country are uncircumcized. You only need to have it done when it hurts.

Here is a page on the subject

Here is a tool to strech the skin

Should check with your doctor before trying anything.

Yup, I used to worry about this too, but you are perfectly normal. When erect your foreskin still covers the head, but you should be able to pull it back and expose the whole head.

If you can't do this, or if your foreskin gets stuck back there and cuts off circulation then you might have tight foreskin, a condition called phimosis.

Enjoy your foreskin man... it contains a *lot* of nerve endings... the kind that are connected to the pleasure centers of the brain. ;)

That sucks. Maybe you two should have a talk.

Sounds like she's never had an uncircumsized penis in her life and she's a little scared of it. I'm kind of scared of them, too, because I've never seen one. But I think that if my boyfriend wasn't cut, I would just get over it.

There's nothing wrong with you. I hope you two work it out.

Does it work? Then don't worry about it. Peni are as unique as fingerprints and vaginas; everyone's is different.

Scared of a penis with some skin on the head... lol

Im not cut, but if my gf (if I had one) asked me to get it cut, I wouldnt have a problem with it. Its not a big deal as long as you can pull the skin back for cleaning and sex..

Serious? I'm not cut, and if my GF asked me to get it cut, I'd tell her to goto hell, or I would do it, but only on the condition that she got a nice boob job at the same time :D

Some ladies really dig the uncut look. Don't worry.

RainbowBright 07-26-2004 07:59 PM

I remember my first "uncut" penis. It was dark and we were in a car and I just thought "well he's got a lot of skin on his penis". Never put it together that he was uncircumcised (call me naive). I didn't find out until a mutual friend who knew about his status asked me about it.

Well, if she had a good reason I would.

I wouldnt for no reason except her fear.

It can be sort of shocking for a girl who's never seen a foreskin to see one for the first time, and then wonder about it. Trust me, I've been there. Unfortunately it seems this girl doesn't know the golden rule, not to question a man's, um, "manhood."

If you have any questions about the normality of it, ask your doctor. But yeah, if it doesn't cause you pain or discomfort - and if it works - then don't worry about it.

And if I were a man, and an intact man, there's no way I would get cut, for anybody, for any reason. I've heard way too many great things from men with foreskins about their sexual experiences, and just as many regrets from men who were cut later in life.

A foreskin is a natural organ, and it has a biological function-to protect the glans. Don't cut it off unless it causes a medical problem. And besides, it makes you not need lube when youre doing the one-handed snake dance.

I didn't know it was to protect the glands. Don't have it anyways, regretting :( ...

Glans, not glands.

Glans = head of the penis.

It doesn't protect any glands.
