Neat and useful method of folding shirts
Watch this Video. I watched it but can't keep up. I guess I have to practice.

It's harder to do this fold in midair than the way I currently do it.
/loathes those with room to actually fold their clothes!

I came across this video about 2 months ago. It took me about 4 tries to get it right. Make sure you are positioned exactly like the lady doing the demo. Now you don't need to spend 19.95 for that pastic clothes folding thing on TV infomercial.

that is excellent. I am thinking of taking my shirt off at work just to try this.
I love Japanese technology.

Holy mother! This is going to take most of the drudgery out of doing my laundry. Sweet.

I absoutely love this video. However, I decided to deconstruct what was really happening with the first fold. The same thing can be achieved by laying you t-shirt out flat, and just folding in one side and one sleeve toward the middle. My wife noted that at the retail stores, they have a flat piece of plastic that they lay on the t-shirt and do a quick fold. I was thinking I might get a piece of plastic about the size of the square part of the shirt today and just keep it around the house.

Now that I've put to field testing, I think it's a bit overrated. The problem is that there's a loose side that makes the clothes difficult to transport. Every time I fish a shirt out, a bunch of other shirts come unfolded around it. (It is still fun to do it, though.)
