Taking the white Rayban text off my Raybans
I've recently got a pair of Rayban Wayfarers and they're incredibly cool except for the top left of the left lens (looking at them pointed towards me) there is, in small white text, "Rayban". I was originally hoping the lenses would be all black, but that little text makes the glasses seem not as cool as they could be with just plain black lens. So is there any way I could get this text off? I was thinking of using a pocket knife to scrape at it till it was gone, but that would leave a whole lot of scratches. Any other ideas?

maybe just work at it overtime with a fingernail or something that wont scratch the lens...

Are the lenses plastic or glass?
If plastic, I'd go with VM&P Naptha (lighter fluid), and quit after that. If glass, Mineral Spirits, Xylene, Acetone, 1-1-1 Trichloroethane, Lacquer Thinner, Methyl Ethyl Ketone, and other solvents can be employed. Note that some are not easily obtained, may be suspected carcinogens, and should not be handled by the general public. You asked.
