Can someone explain the term "Hot Beef Injection" to me?

I used to work at a restaurant with a 'Hot Beef Sandwich' on the menu. Whenever we got an order for one in the kitchen, it was customary to ask the grill guy for a Hot Beef Injection.

Ah... This is what I thought. But:

1) Are there any other meanings?
2) Is there any homosexual connotation involved? I.e. are we talking about anal sex here?

I've never seen it be specifically hetero or homo. The first reference to the term came in "The Breakfast Club":

"So... So, are you guys boyfriend/girlfriend? Steady Dates? Lov-ers? Come on, Sporto, level with me. Do you slip her the hot beef injection?"

Well obviously if you are referring to a GUY recieving a hot beef injection, then yes!

But the fairer sex can also recieve said injections!

i don't know if it's too late, but you can definitely give a hot beef injection to a guy, a hairy butthole, a bunny rabbit, a watermelon, and just about any other orifice over two inches in diameter.

Well the possibility of giving a hot beef injection to a bunny or a salad is alright. What I wanted to make sure of was that Hot Beef Injection didn't mean "homosexual group sex with 10" or something similar. I'm quite in touch with my female and bisexual side. I am not on the 100% homosexual side though.
