Grad School Choice
I have very good offers from both the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and the Univeristy of Utah for a Masters/PHD in computer science. Does anyone have any feedback on either of these schools in general or in terms of their computer science department?

I know Utah has a good program, but not sure how it compares to Nebraska! One thing to keep in mind, if you are into it, is the party scene. As we all know the drinking laws in Utah are lame, as is the party scene, but then again the Skiing is great!!!

I can't speak much on the strength of the computer science department itself, but as a whole I find the University of Nebraska to be a pretty good school. Campus has a pretty good atmosphere, and Lincoln is a decent place to live. As for the party scene, as agball mentioned, one never has to look far to find a good time in that area. It's not totally a party school though, academics are a high priority, although during football season it may seem otherwise. Overall I've greatly enjoyed my past 3 years at UNL.
