Any advice

I wish to post shockwave flash programs and also .exe's on the site.

Link to animations, and don't boter with exe's. It's nice to have a choice about whether or not to click a siezure-inducing link. We don't want the possibility of virus links, so try to stay away from exe's, if necessary, link to a download page.
