How to grab image galleries off the web through IE?
 

I remember back when the titty board was still on here, someone posted a link of all the tools needed to get boobies off the net.

One of these tools was an image grabber that worked as a button in the IE interface... Does anyone know where I can find it again? I remember it popped open a new window containing all the pictures from the gallery, and it asked me to "Save all the images to disk" or something by going into "File>Save As>WebPage Complete".

Any help is appreciated...

I dont know about IE, I havent used it in over a year, but I know that Mozilla Firebird has a plugin (and a built-in way, but the plugin works better) to do just that. Try it out, I think its a better browser anyways: <a href="http://www.mozilla.org">LINK</a>.

If all of the pictures are in a thread like on the Titty board, you just click File/Save as/Save..... In your Document folder there will be a folder with all the pic's, avatars, buttons ect..... and a HTML document, you just open the image file.... deleat the stuff you don't want, and either rename the folder or cut and paste the pic's into another folder......

This only works on full sized pic's though, if you try it on a page with thumbnails all you will save is the thumbnails..... you need a downloader for those, I use Express Webpictures and EZpic's...... Express kicks ass, you can use it on any site..... even paysites, you just add the username/password and the url...... it will rip the whole site if you tell it to :D

I use webreaper. The only problem is that you have to watch how many threads you go for it is entirely possible to download the entire internet if you are not careful.

www.httrack.com Best website ripper ever... and free

httrack is about the easiest and best ripper out there. just put in the proper info, make sure file types are set to ones you want and go. and with it you can do stuff like getting around no spider/ripper txt files on the server. its perfect for passworded sites.

i used reaper for a while, but httrack is more powerful once you learn it

IE Image allows you to right click on a gallery page and get the linked images in a separate window, then save all the pics o a folder without the attached page.


I personally like wget added to your PATH (i.e. c:\windows). Then all you do Windows Key +R then type "wget --recursive http://www.hotchicks.com/sexy/pics" and away it goes. All you really type is wget --recursive then paste the url and hit enter.

I've been a member for about 3 days, and just from looking around, I have found a wealth of information, I wish I would have found this forum years ago, httrack works great!

I'm a fan of wget, myself...there is a tutorial for that someplace in the errogenous zone...

This is undoubtedly the best option.

It is a PHP tool, so you don't have to "install" anything.
It can strip the images and email you them in a ZIP file.
It works up to four levels deep.
You can "hotlink" it all, via one URL (ie, http://www.justlikeed.net/StripDir?u...BSITE_TO_STRIP in your browser's address bar)

Hey, have you tryed the latest version of Download Acceraltor? Once it's intergrated in IE, you can right click on the web page, and an option called, "Download all with DAP" will appear. It will download all the links on the page! Great for sites with lots of jpegs or pdfs or what ever your downloading.

I've using Firefox with Flashgot extension. You can get all images files as well as media files, zip files, etc. Even sites with login ID and password.

Guys, just downloaded httrack, and to my amazement I managed to rip off all the hosted pictures from 2 naughty sites...Wow...it was easy!!!
Of course you need to type the site's address correctly and avoid thumbsize pictures..otherwise, its free, and so easy to use..I recommend it to anyone who wants to 'rip' stuff from the web for easy viewing. :thumbsup:

I used EZpics. You can rip pretty much anything of the web. Not sure of the link, try googling it though. Website should be like kingbastard or something. A*
