Wanting to make casts and moulds with silicone..
 

I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction, or would know of a way that I could do this? :D

The biggest problems are finding someone willing to help you stay "moldable" for the amount of time required - and the amount of shaving required for a clean cast.

I work with silicone at my job depending on the type of silicone you are useing, and the use of the finished product .
you will need a wide range of heat to cure the silicone.
from 350 degreese to well over 1000

what are you trying to make?

Is this how they make the elves ears pointy in LOTR?
Because if it is I'll probably buy some.

We used to design molds to make climbing holds out of with a silicone putty that we found at the hardware store.
