I'm trying to figure out what this company does. Do they provide outbound email newsletters?

They seem to be some kind of customer relations management consultants as far as I can see. Most of the text is sort of "soft" buzzwords. I'm not sure what you mean by "providing outbound email newsletters" though. Do you mean newsletters from the company itself or newsletters from their "customer" companies?

It's kinda hard to understand what they do, even for someone who speaks Swedish. It is very vague, but it seems they're an external customer relations group. I really don't see the need for outsourcing that. Nothing about newsletters at least.

It's nearly impossible to find anything tangible about exactly what they offer... They contradict themselves sometimes, claiming extensive experience and then saying their organisation is still taking shape. It looks like it's a Swedish extention of a Norweigan company (CDG Sandberg AS), who have a more solid presentation on their page. They (the Norweigans) do all sorts of direct mail advertising and "customer clubs" stuff for clients, so I imagine the Swedes do the same, and email newsletters may very well be included in that.

May I ask why you want to know?
