The Jamaican government did a study with tax dollars to see why there are so

many deadly motorcycle accidents in Jamaica

But: Shouldn't they have done the study using motorcycles and riders in Jamaica? Correct me if I am wrong, and I know you will, but wasn't that a NC (North Carolina) license plate (the 1st photo is the best view)?

And in the second photo, the US HWY 17 sign??

Hmm. doesn't make sense though.

The helmets shouldn't be the reason for the accident... they'd be a reason for casualties and fatalities. The sweet, sweet buttocks are the distraction and reason for many, many accidents.. So I was right.
