Comparative theology, part II

1. Jews do not recognize Jesus as the Messiah.

2. Protestants do not recognize the Pope as the leader of the Christian faith.

3. Baptists do not recognize each other in the liquor store or at strip clubs.

No bashing intended, it's just a joke. FOTR, I'm Catholic, and the jokes don't bother me. I figure Jesus MUST have had a sense of humor...

My mom's a baptist...dad's a catholic...
We're not really a religious family...as you may have noticed, since if we were, we probably wouldn't BE a family anymore.

Hehe... here's another Baptist joke:

A 3rd grade class was given an assignment to bring an item in for show and tell that represents their faith.

Mary came to the front of the class and showed her rosary. "This is my rosary. It represents my faith as a Catholic."

David was next. "My family and I are Jewish, and this is my Yarmulke. It represents my faith."

Then came Johnny. "My family and I are Baptists. This is my mom's casserole dish..."
