This is too funny. The guy just can't get it together at all. You almost feel bad for him, when you aren't laughing too hard. This must have been his first time on television, since he has no clue what to do.

OK, I did a search on horrible weatherman and didn't come up with anything, but I just saw the thread for bad weatherman... sorry.
