I don't know about yours, but the created date of the webdings font on my xp machine is 8-23-2001, so I lend it more towards coincedence =D

shoot, my bad, thought this was the font you typed in nyc and saw a plane, the twin towers then the skull and crossbones.

NYC in Wingdings gives a skull and crossbones, the Star of David, and a thumbs-up.

A little alarming, especially if the same guy who put the obvious NYC joke in Webdings made Wingdings.
