i once dated a girl who's father was rather over-protective... not quite that bad though...

although i know i'll probably be the same way if not worse when i have a daughter... haha...

yes there is a show currently on tv. it's called "8 rules for dating my teenage daughther". It use to star John Ritter - he past away while on the set of the show.
