A guy goes to the doctor to get his lab results, and the doctor has to break some bad news. The man says, "Be straight with me, Doc. What have I got?"

The doctor says, "You name it, and you've got it. You have AIDS, SARS, smallpox, and bubonic plague. I'm going to order that you be put on quarantine right away, and that you be placed on a very strict Pancake-and-Pizza diet."

The guy says, "Pancakes and pizza??? Really? Will that really help?"

The doctor says, "No, but it's the only food we've got here that will slide under the door."
