A rabbi and a priest go hiking in the mountains one day. As the day went on it became very hot and the two began to sweat. At one point they came to a beautiful overlook and as they looked out they saw clear mountain lake at the bottom of the slope and decided that the lake would make a great place to rest.

The trip down was very dusty and by the time they got to the lake they were covered in dirt and sweat. The priest said "I don't know about you, but I want to get cleaned up. Since we're in the middle of nowhere I think it's safe to take off our clothes and get cleaned up" The rabbi agreed and they removed their clothes and started cleaning off.

Just a few minutes, later a group of men and women came around the bend and saw the two naked men in the water. The gasps from the group caught the attention of the priest and rabbi, and they both darted from the water and grabbed their clothes and ran from the area, the priest covering his crotch with his clothes and the rabbi covering his face.

Once they were safely away and getting their clothes back on the priest asked the rabbi why he had covered his head with his clothes and the rabbi replied "I covered the head that would be recognized by the most people"
