they did something like that on Any Given Sunday...Al Pacino raised his hand in the locker room and said something like "if you wanna be a loser, raise your hand". One of the players raised his hand. And when Pacina said "what the hell you doing". He said "i didn't want you to be the only loser with your hand up".
