a prayer
 
our lager which art in barrels
hallowed be thy drink
thy will be drunk
(and i will be drunk)
at home as in the taverns
give us this day our foamy head
and lead us not in to incarceration
but deliver us from hangovers
for thine is the beer
the bitter and the lager
for ever and ever

Hmmmm, seeing as I went to church almost all my life I am not sure how to take that. Very cleverly written but I am still brainwashed to think of it as blasphemy, *sigh*
