I don't get the Margaret Cho reference, though. Alas, microbiology is not my area of expertise.

Chinese Hamster Ovarian cells. They call it "Cho" in the industry. Pretty common if you work in biotech. Utterly foreign if you don't. Oh, and glad you guys like the Phage Against the Machine. Thanks.
