Samurai Master
 

The shogun needs to replace his head samurai that was killed during his enemies last raid. He summons for 3 of his best samurai warriors compete for the position that is vacant.

The shogun calls forth the first warrior, "Show me your sword skill."

The samurai sees a fly going by and he draws his sword and cuts it in half. Those assembled applaud at his skill.

The shogun calls forth the second warrior, "Show me your sword skill."

The second samurai sees another fly going by and he draws his sword and cuts it in four. Those assembled applaud at his skill. They are saying amongst themselves that no one could beat that last cut.

The shogun calls forth the third warrior, "Show me your sword skill."

The third samurai sees another fly going by and he draws his sword swipes at the fly and the fly continues flying away.

The shogun proclaims that the second warrior will be the new samurai master!!

The third warrior protests saying that he won. The shogun turns to him and says, "How could you have won if the fly kept on flying?"

The third warrior say, "Master, that fly will never have babies!!"

cute one. the version I heard was the flies originally buzzed very low ala Barry White. After the swordsman swung at the third one you then do a very high pitched buzz. both were cute.

Yeah, I once heard a variation of this story involving a Jewish samurai circumcizing a fly... I like this one better though.
