Well that'll occupy all of 10 minutes of free time, if it is anything like the previous demo. I'll wait for the full version, it'll rock. It is Serious Sam, after all. That's one seriously fun LAN twitchfest right there.

Actually, I wasn't that impressed with the first demo. But after playing the second demo for a while, I think the second demo rocks. I will check compUSA tomorrow for the full version.

I spent weeks trying to get passed the rampaging Skeleton level. I eventually used the God mode cheat and realised that it was harder still further on. Definitely hoping for something of an improvement with this one. |

Ah yes, the Kleer. We learned the hard way that, while sounding the same, "Kleer!" and "Clear!" mean wildly different things during an FPS LAN. Perhaps going straight to Serious Sam from Rainbow Six was not a good idea.

I have the full version and have played about 10 levels so far. Basically it's SS just kinda updated. Sure the weapons look newer, and there are more enemies that look better and are bigger. But the gameplay is identical. You still have those goofy secrets, and 10 minutes of strafing right and left holding the trigger down. I love a game where you can mindlessly kill tons of enemies, sure, but there has to be a point or else it gets boring. Very little puzzle solving, and just plain too many enemies is making this game hard to drudge through. I'll keep playing it in hopes of it getting better, but I'm not holding my breath.
