i haven't played a Gran Turismo game for a few years. These graphics are amazing. Is this for the PC?

No, it's for PS2 amazingly enough. You can transfer the pictures on to a USB drive in JPEG format.

You can even save them to your PSP with a USB cable, cuz your PS2 sees your PSP as a USB drive.
