I had a NES with a wireless controller in 1991. That's...14 years :p It was infrared, but it worked fine. So it's not that much of a novelty. New ones are more responsive though.

Yeah, you have to take into account that at the time I lived in Ukraine, and you pretty much could not find a real Nintendo, Atari, Sega, etc product. Everything, including consoles were manufactured by non-Nintendo endorsed companies/pirates. I had three NES systems, each of a different design. One looked like a Genesis with infrared wireless controller for the first player, one classic Nintendo shape (with controllers that you stuck to the sides), and a NES with a Genesis-like controller and Xbox-like D-Pad.

Good times. :p

Is there any chance you could post some pictures of them. It would be great to see what the non Nintendo, Nintendos looked liked.

The revolution hands down, even though that low quality image looks like hell next to the high quality ps3 and xbox images. Also, the revolution plays every Nintendo game ever made, that cannot be topped. It even has Gamecube controller ports so you can use the same control to play GC games on the Revolution. Can't wait to see their new controller design.

i too had a wireless controller for my nes. was fairly expernsive for the time, like 20~ or so dollars if a remember right.
didnt work near as good as a regular one so i dumped it fairly quickly

Xbox 360 for me right now. Revolution and PS3 are just vaporware right now.

I actually don't really like the design of the PS3 but it obviously has the technical advantage. All the same, all three for me. More interested in the Rev though, just as Rdr4evr said "the revolution plays every Nintendo game ever made, that cannot be topped", he's dead right.

Voted for the 360. I just wish that the case wasn't white. The face plates will help a little.
