Wasn't that the sequel to the 7th guest? If so, I am pretty sure they remade that for Windows. I don't know about any newer games like that though.

7th Guest was a fun game..
Phantasmagoria was another awesome game. |
Are you talking about games that have a puzzle element to them and have FMV?
The Myst series is still going pretty strong. Last one came out a few months ago. |
7th Guest... I tried installing that game not too long ago
The music was waaaaay too loud, and the sound effects were waaaaaay too soft... I couldn't hear anything... And there were no options to change the levels. Pretty pointless, I remember loving that game, but I can't play like that. |
I can remember having a game like this way back in the day for the Sega CD. I remember these stupid butterflies talking to me, warning me of the owner of the mansion, whom I never saw.

In Memoriam for the PC might be similar to the 7th Guest genre as might Missing in January. I know they are adventure games that differ from the norm. |
