Why is my game crashing??
Computer: HP Pavillion Laptop, standard good stuff on there, all the windows updates
Game: Diablo II expansion running with a no-CD patch, over a LAN Problem: whole computer locks up and has to be rebooted about every thrity minutes. Solution: Is this an issue with windows/DiabloII/my computer or do I need to buy another CD off of E-bay?

Its a zd7160us, though I think we've figured out the problem... I had the exact same experience on my old computer ever since Sage and I started playing Diablo II together, and it turns out (I think) that it was the copied CD I was using (and then later the patched .exe) that was somehow causing the whole computer to lock up (but only sometimes) when the game would check to see if I had the game CD in the drive.
Bought a new one, hasn't crashed since.
