Found this article on Gamespy. It seems to be real/actual news on the technical data on the new Box. For me, at least, it looks wildly impressive. Give it a read and drool.

Will it be able to play XBOX 1 games? That would be an incentive for me to buy, since I still don't have an X1.

Last I heard, Sony will have an advantage as far as technology goes, since it's coming out significantly later than the new XBox.

But we'll see.

Well, Xbox had the technological advantage over the PS2, but Sony was already entrenched in the market. I think Microsoft wants the same edge for Xbox Next that the PS2 currently enjoys.

That being said, I'm really liking the specs on the new Xbox... let's hope Halo 3 is better than 2.

I wish they'd have the hard drive standard and the camera optional. Other then that it's looking cool. Now I just need to get a new job before the next round of systems hit the market.

Same. I couldn't care less about a damned digital camera for the Xbox 2.

this damn system will blow away my pc... and i am a hardcore pc gamer.... suddenly i feel pcgamers are going to lose their graphics are better edge....

Unless the camera can take my picture and plug it into the game so that it looks like I'm the one running around, I totally agree here.
