Legacy of cain games

I personally loved blood omen 2 and am currently playing defiance. I love this game so far, and it is killing me that no one has put a thread for this game series up yet. If you don't kno the series is blood omen and soul reaver. Love this game, what are your thoughts, cheap too, like 15-20 bucks, good finds

Did you ever play the first Legacy Of Kain on the PS1.

I think it was where you started off human then had to be killed to turn into the vampire character.

I played Legacy of Kain on ps1, it was amazing, if a bit...slow.

Soul Reaver was alright, but after playing another one breifly I gave up on the series. The new games just seemed so repetitive, boarding on boring for me, which is a shame, becuase it had so much potential.

I played this one. Great concept for a game.

I thought the first one was cool.
I liked the fact you didn't have to bite someones neck to suck their blood, you just hacked them with your sword and 'summoned' it out of them

Defiance combines soul reaver and Kain into one game, it's a great storyline, and the challengese are somewhat puzzeling. i Never played the first one, but if i see it i'll pick it up. The game is 15 dollars i dunt see why you wouldn't wanna buy it

you can sometimes find the first one packaged with Soul Reaver for the PSX, along with some sucky Eidios game. Fighting Force or something like that. About 20 bucks at my local Fred Meyer.

Fighting Force sounds about right. Could even be worth playing.

If my memory is correct the demo on the PSX was quite good, 6 or 7 yrs ago!

I absolutely love the Legacy of Kain series, I think that it is possibly one of the best (if not best) written stories in any videogame.

I only played Soul Reaver.. it seemed realy repetative, boring.. hack hack, impale.. hack, hack, impale.. more combat options and moves would have been great
