Anyone still playing DAOC?
I know most people are caught up in the WoW craze right now, but I really am looking forward to going back to DAOC. I used to love that game and I am looking forward to playing it with the new expansions. I think Catacombs is going to breath in new life to the game.

I played the game for a while. It is a good game and I think that the expansion will retain some people. But, with the recent release of WoW and Eq2 I think that this game will fall out of popularity until a DAOC 2 comes out or something that can bring back players and create new fans.

I used to LOVE DAoC. Well ToA sucked ass through the trials but breathed lots of cool and nifty things into it.
Frontiers killed that game though. All skill was taken out. If you werent a caster or an archer you were unneeded. And even being a healer sucked ass (spam spreadheal while hiding in a tower hoping the animists didnt gank your ass). |

DAoC is Dark Age of Camelot. A MMORPG developed by Mythic Entertainment and in my opinion, the first MMO to challenge EQ. I played from release up until around the time of the first expansion, and then for a while after. I entertain thoughts of picking up the game again from time to time.
