Hearts of Iron II
 

I am still playing one on almost a daily basis, I am wondering if anyone has picked up HOI II and if it is much better then the first. If so what they like better and what they liked worse

I, too, would like more opinions on ths matter. Gamerankings gives the first a score of 74% and the sequal an 85% - so the reviews say the sequel is superior, at least. Thoughts from those here who have played it?

I picked it up and simply wasn't prepared for the learning curve. I have heard really good things about it but I hope I have time/energy/patience to get into the game.

This game is a bitch to learn.
Hell, I havnt figured out how to turn the annoying music off.

Is it a simular play style to the first one, or is it very different?
