PS2 style controller for Xbox? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

I'm getting an Xbox and I don't like the default controller for it very much. I feel that the dual analog PS2 style controller is more confortable for me - in fact I'd say it's the best controller I've ever used:

Anyone know of a controller like this (doesn't have to be exact, but close would be nice) for the Xbox? Thanks.

I'll look at schematics and see if it's easy to make an adapter. It'll probably need an IC or two, so I probably won't get around to making and testing it, though.
