Poll: Which RPG should I play next? (Part 2)
Alright, I'm not going to use a built-in poll because it only limits to 10 answers, and I have a lot more choices this time. Please vote for which RPG I should play next by choosing one from the following list and posting the title in this thread.
Here are the choices: Dragon Warrior VII - PS Guardian's Crusade - PS Final Fantasy Tactics - PS Star Ocean: The Second Story - PS Dragon Valor - PS Kingdom Hearts - PS2 Dark Cloud - PS2 Jade Cocoon 2 - PS2 Wild Arms - PS Wild Arms 2 - PS Wild Arms 3 - PS2 Chrono Cross - PS Final Fantasy - PS (Origins) Final Fantasy 2 - PS (Origins) Final Fantasy 4 - PS (Chronicles) Final Fantasy 5 - PS (Anthology) Final Fantasy 8 - PS Final Fantasy 9 - PS Final Fantasy 10 - PS2 Chrono Trigger - PS (Chronicles) Summoner - PS2 Thanks for voting! Be sure to vote for the best one!

I have three votes. Any of them are good by me, but they are in order of preference.
1) Chrono Trigger (only if you haven't played it yet. The PS version is no different from the SNES version) 2) Star Ocean: The Second Story (second only to CT in my book) 3) Chrono Cross (not nearly as good as CT, but on the music alone it deserves a play)

Chrono Trigger. Even if you have played it, play it again. You'll remember what a good game it is. The story is interesting and diverse, and the gameplay is excellent. The mini-games are fun, too. Side quests abound, and there are (at least) 4 or 5 different ways to finish the game, with unique endings each way. It's fantastic RPG goodness.
Besides that? Any of the Final Fantasy games you haven't played (I'm particularly fond of FF2), or Kingdom Hearts. I don't know, I just like the game. |

What, no "Beyond Good and Evil"?
Arguably one of the most fun rpgs I've played in a while, although some would argue its more of a platformer, it has that compelling story rpg element.

Agreed, Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy IV, Chrono Trigger and Star Ocean Second Story.
I cannot choose between those four.

Alright so it's settled: Chrono Trigger! It was second place in the last poll, so it's only natural that it's first in this one. Thanks for all your suggestions!
P.S. Sorry, Nancy. Gonna have to save FF8 for another time.

If you are at all a fan of Disney or Final Fantasy, go for Kingdom Hearts.

I would say:
1) Chrono Trigger (snes version is better...no load times) 2) FF X 3) Xenosaga (great PS2 game not listed) 4) FF VIII (would be my favorite ps1 FF but the magic system get annoying sometimes)
