Complete Overload!
I don't know about you guys, but, I'm suffering, for the first time I can remember, complete gaming overload.
I've got about a half dozen games that are staring me in the face right now, all of which are amazing. I think I need help. Not in terms of gamer's anonymous, but, how I should prioritize them! Help me out here: GTA San Andreas Halo 2 H/L 2 Counter-Strike Source Everquest 2 Star Wars Battlefront and then soon . . . Gran Turismo 4 WoW I'm sick of playing the field. I want to settle down with a good game and live a happy few weeks. *cries* |

This is a good time to forget about everything new and revisit the old. Bust out your old NES and play some Wrath of the Black Manta.

Metroid Prime 2, KOTOR 2, Prince of Persia: Warrior Within...it's bad. Real bad. Thankfully my friends and I have been able to work out a deal where we buy 1 game and all four of us play it, then the next person buys the next game and we all play it, etc.

Complete overload is right!
I can't remember a time when so many good games came out at one time. So many hyped blue chip games that are "must buys". Is this the pinnacle of videogames? In 15 years will we look back at the Holiday of 2004 and deem it to be the best season of all time? For gamers it is the best of time and the worst of times. We have so many good games to get, but you can only play one game at a time, and many of us have financial restrictions. Here is my list of outstanding games recently/soon to be released. Halo 2 GTA San Andreas Half-Life 2 Counter-Strike Source Everquest 2 Star Wars Battlefront Pikmin 2 Paper Mario 2 Metroid Prime 2 World of Warcraft Knights of the Old Republic 2 Metal Gear Solid 3 Burnout 3 Need For Speed 2 Pirates! Live the Life Dead or Alive Ultimate Mech Assault 2 Prince of Persia 2 Viewtiful Joe 2 This doesnt even include the new Nintendo DS hardware and software and the PSP hardware and software. It also doesnt include all of the great games that you can pick up for $20 that I missed last year. So many games, so little time![B] |

I know once WoW comes out I'm not going to have time for any other game so Ive been cramming them in lately. I just finished Rachet and Clank 3 and I think I'm about half way through MGS3.

If you played through GTA: Vice then i'd say leave Andreas for a while. From your list other than GTA i would go for Halo 2 but then again you may need the Andreas fix. I just decided i don't know, they're both so good, the hours that coud be spent on both. Then MGS3 now i've only played a tiny amount on that at a friends but it's next on the list. Too much choice: Brain overload!!!!!

Half-Life 2 owns me right now. God damn this game is beautiful. And my machine matches the recomended specs, it doesn't surpass them. I'd love to see this game on a beefier machine. Once I'm done with HL2, I am sure WoW and others will call me into their arms...

Yeah I'm pretty fucked off, personally I BUY all of these titles and I have no idea when I'll finish ANY of them... I sure as hell am glad that there are only a few decent titles lined up post December 3rd...
Strange isn't it? That I'd be pissed about having so many good games to play... |

I want to get MP2, and I've got GTA:SA, but I don't see myself getting HL2 for a while yet. I have too much work to get WoW, which pains me.
For the love of GOD, don't get SW: Battlefront. When my HD failed two weeks ago I didn't even think about putting it back on. God, that game was a huge disappointment.
