ok no frills holds bar here...

Im not looking into a use every key on your kb to play like microsoft flight sims.

im asking for a load it and blast type flight game kinda like i guess tie fighter vs xwing or such.. cant find one.. help

im tired of land based games.

Very old ('98) but unmatchable gameplay. Quite technical but fortunately it has arcade mode which was so much fun - the challenge was to surive for 5 hours.

You can probably pick it up from the web for under $10.

Crimson Skies by Zipper. Very much in the Tie fighter mode. Load times are kinda a pain in the ass by hey....you get to be Sky Pirates, what's not to like?

You might want to check out Secret Weapons Over Normandy. It's kind of like Crimsion Skies if you like it except with WW2 planes. However SWOP is not as fun as CS.

Well, if you're into general sims, X-Plane is about as general as you get. You can pretty much fly it all by mouse, or if you have a stick, you can use the mouse to click all the buttons in the cockpit. Oh, yeah, and it's the most advanced flight sim on the planet blah blah blah.
