If there are enough, maybe we could even form a clan, as I read they are implemented quite well in the game.

Oh well, at least we can play with our fellow collegiates (I'm pretty sure I just screwed up the usage of that term). 1,500 people in a town of 20,000 preodered Halo 2. Guess how many are college students? 14,000. I think we'll be joining some games tonight.

Yeah, our college's network design doesn't allow for any console-based online gaming. It sucks. However, Las is quite correct. There shall be many, many people playing fucking Zanzibar at 12:30 tonight! WWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTTTT!

I don't know why it won't let me join parties, I tried it again with a friend and I couldn't join his party either....

Howdy, yea it was good fun.

I saw that when Fallen Eagle and I transferred to the other game that had more players, you were able to join.. I'm wondering how that game was different, and why you were able to join it and not the original party invite?

I will post at another forum asking about this, in the hopes that there are others experiencing the same problems, and may have worked out a solution. I have read a few scattered posts here and there about the issue, but it is something that can ideally be worked out, becase parties, and party invites are really nice and well implemented.. When working properly. :)

Loksu. Someone beat me to Lokus but no one ever has Loksu.

Playing xbox live, especially with the proximity chat is just amazing. In this one juggernaut game, me and a friend just started chatting while everyone else duked it out. It's also funny to sneak up behind someone, yell at them then shoot them in the face with a shotgun when they turn around.

This game is great, I got an orange and black elite, going in with the Taz/Tazz colors. My tag is Siccx Degree

I tried adding Carno311 but it said there was no such gamertag. Is there a space between Carno and 311 or something?

Don't get pissed if I decline your invitation to a game or something, I'm probably in a heated Big Team Battle or Clanmatch.

And fuck Zanzibar. That map is so overplayed, I can't stand it anymore. Almost 75% of the time when you join a game, its going to be Zanzibar. Argh. I hate the Assault game mode also, for a few exceptions on specific maps (Coagulation and Waterworks are a few).
