Battlefield 2 engine copy sold
 

DICE has sold a copy of the new engine for Battlefield 2 to a company called AerotechTelub. It will be used to develop combat simulators, stategy simulators and demonstration platforms for the Swedish Armed Forces.

"AerotechTelub chose the Battlefield 2 technology because it enables simulation of large geographical areas. It also gives the player the possibility to co-practice different roles in the Swedish defense, and the ability to train for international efforts. The Battlefield 2 engine can also be applied to support the development of new management methods within the military."

I can't wait for this game. BF 1942 and BF Vietnam are my most favorite online games ever. I love the BF series and BF2 is looking to be spectacular!

BF2 is going to be some pimp shit to the max. One of those old trailers with the battle on the bridge was fucking awesome....

BF2 is going to be so good with ragdoll. I really didn't like the BF:V engine.
