It's maybe, n00b.

And yes, some games like MGS:3, Halo 2 (God has shined down on us again via Microsoft), Half-Life 2 and WoW, with the possibillity of GTA: San Andreas and the September release of The Sims 2, it's a hell of a fall for gamers.

I think November is especially going to be a busy video game month for me. I'm hoping to budget time between university studies to fit in MGS 3, Halo 2, and hopefully NFS:U2.

I've already made a thread about the upcoming games and yes it's amazing. San Andreas actually has a release date in October though.

I agree... The ones I am waiting for is Halo 2 and HL2. I forgot about MGS3, isn't it only for PS2?

Isn't GranTurismo 4 due out in Nov?

It is no surprise that there is a mass of new big name games released in november. Think it is just a coincidence that it is just in time for the holiday season?

None the less, it will be hard for me to decide what I want. Can't buy all the new ones, but maybe 1 or 2.

Battle for Middle Earth is coming out in november too, unless I'm mistaken. And I think WoW has its release date set somewhere November-ish, but that (as all blizzard games) is subject to change a LOT.

November usually is when the bigwigs bring out their heavy artillery for the holiday season, and it looks like between Everquest 2, San Andreas, and the rest of the lot, I'll have a significantly lower number in my debit account in a month than I have now.

September this year was pretty good, though. Between Rome: Total War and Burnout 3, I haven't bought a new game in several weeks.

I can't believe that most people are forgetting about or just leaving out Metroid Prime 2, MP is so far the best game for game cube and this looks to be a good sequal.

Grrrr. This makes me really mad. The year's best games are coming out in a month and I don't have a job or money. I am completely broke. I am thinking of washing windows so I can buy HL2. That game is gonna rock so much.

I agree. I'm seriously excited about Echoes. Metroid Prime is still in my top 5 best games ever list. Mr. Deflok and I will run down and attack anyone who bashes Metroid Prime.

Take a semester half-off by stocking it with prereq classes for the general college degree that the college has to design so that people across all disciplines can pass. In an Arts and Sciences college it isn't tough.

As for MP2...Samus is my woman.

I'm not looking forward to MGS3 as much... 2 wasn't really that good.

MGS3 had better be at LEAST 30-40 hours long to make up for 2... 2 was, what, 7 hours? 9 hours?

That's a bit of a stretch! More like 3 to 4 hours... mind you Metal Gear Solid on the PS1/PC/NGC was short too, but it was all goodness.
