Best Xbox Fighting Game
 

Schools done with and I have some free time. Its time to get reacquainted with my old friend the Xbox. I never been a big fan of the fighting games so I don't know who's who and what's what but I played a Tekken game over at a friends house and had a blast. Any recomendations? Much obliged.

Dead Or Alive 3 and Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance.

DOA 3 is the king of X-Box fighters... You have the Tag mode like in Tekken that isn't in the MK game, and the reversals make for a interesting game play. However, MK has weapons, chain moves, 3 fighting styles per char. and lots of stuff to unlock. The fighting engine isn't half bad either ;)

Yeah, the Capcom vs SNK games are a blast, although visually confusing.

bah, SNK vs Capcom was done best on the dreamcast. The newer version haven't given me anything worth purchasing and getting rid of my DC version, thus it didn't get mentioned :)

what about xbox live support?

Not that i really even own an ex-box, but it seems like that could be something worthwile if you have access to it.

I don't have X-box live myself, I've played at a friends, but I guess that could be a plus if the lag wasn't so bad... Its getting better though. The lag isn't so bad in something like basketball but in fighting games those few seconds can allow a lot to happen... I'll stick with my DC and whopping up on my 3 of my closet friends :)

The new Xmen fighting game is good teh specials are great its like marvel vs capcom type cames but its 3d very cool but a deffinate rental
