lol, that's good. I never got into CS, but I can still appreciate that based on other MMG's I've played out there. One problem though, I don't know who to laugh at more; the nerd in question, or the guy who's pissing him off. :) lol

LoL That's hilarious. I still play CS maybe twice a week or so (I've moved onto desert combat). But yeah... the myg0t clan pretty much just wastes everybody's time. Back in the hayday of CS I was a mod on two servers and there was ban on sight orders for myg0t and [JAP].

I watched the flash video and I've read this thread and I still can't figure out what the hell CS is supposed to stand for? What game are we talking about?

i used to play cs also. way back to the beta days. then all the cheaters came so i stopped playing. i started to miss it and was thinking of getting cs: condition zero but then i found non-steam cs. google it up and you will find it. its good because you can install bots and just play with them. theyre not that bad also. now i got my skills back up i can go to a lan and not get pwned. ha

That's pretty terrible. I've seen it before, but CS players are the worst. Majority are connected on 56k, running it on a 450 PII, running it at barely 30 fps. CS is the ultimate in twitch-gaming. That's why I'm glad HL2 and CS:whatever are coming out soon, and most of the "higher-end" gamers will be moving to that, leaving all the people with the shitty twitch systems behind.

Personally, I'd rather play BF:V or DC, or something that requires some damn skill, and not just something that requires freak-twitch reflexes.

I used to play CS early in the beta as well -- I even ran one of the first CS leagues for beta clans. The worst thing about CS was never awping or mp5 sniping, it was the awful community of 13 year old punks that flocked to it. Bnet is probably the only place that is worse.

I remember the old days, 450mhz processor, TNT2 card, running 10fps wiht a ping of 150.

Now I run 100fps minimum.

is there a way to run more than 100fps. i set my fps_max to 200 but still run at 99.99fps. i wanna have more than 100!

I don't think CS is a crappy game because of some stupid dickhead.

Why?...

The human eye can't percieve anything past 30 or 60 fps (I forget which) so having over that much is pointless.
