PaperMario RPG (NGC)
Just take a look at this:
http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ngc/g8mj/e...vie/index.html I never played PaperMario 64 but I sure can't wait to play this one! Nintendo will always make great, fun, innovative and exciting games, they're brilliant! 2D Side-Scrollers are the greatest games of all time (I know PaperMario isn't a 2D Side-Scroller but well, it is loosely) so it's gonna be awesome to play a current gen version... This Gaming Year is making me so broke! But I can't really complain! |

I really liked paper mario, and am looking forward to this one. I totally agree with you on the fun, innovative and exciting games...but the way they do buisness is very iffy to me. That aside I think you should go out and rent paper mario..it's not the greatest rpg ever but not the worst either. It has some great Nintendo elements that remind me of why I loved my nes so much.

I'm looking forward to it. I recently started playing the original and literally just finished it yesterday, so this feels pretty well-timed. I enjoyed it a lot, though I don't understand why, with such a large cast of existing characters, they always make Mario partner with no-names. You'd think they'd at least put Luigi or Yoshi in his corner, but instead you get ponytailed Bob-ombs, or a ragdoll that shoots lasers.

I enjoyed PM64. Really looking forward to this.
Mr.D, you should rent it. The way you play (from what I've read), you could go through it in a couple of days. It's a fun game.

Yeah, this game really has my interest. I loved Super Mario RPG, and after seeing previews of this game, I need to be on the lookout for Paper Mario N64 and snag it. It's like Nintendo developers cracked open Calvin & Hobbes, read the Two-Dimensional Calvin strip, and totally ran with the concept. I can't wait.
